Question What is the order fulfillment date?
AnswerIn the case of payment by electronic transfer via Dotpay and bank transfer on a prepayment basis:

  • the order fulfillment period starts on the day the payment is credited to our account. We will wait for payment for a period of 7 days from the date of placing the order. If the amount due for the purchased Goods in the above-mentioned period does not affect the Dotpay service account or the account, we will be entitled to cancel the order in the Store.

If you choose a payment made via the GLS Courier:

  • the order fulfillment date is the next working day.

Question How can I pay for my order?

We accept the following payment methods for the Goods ordered in the Store:

  • electronic transfer via Dotpay;
  • bank transfer on a prepayment basis;
  • cash on delivery.

In the case of payment for the ordered Goods by electronic transfer via Dotpay or by bank transfer, the payment should be made to the mBank account number:

Question What are the terms and cost of delivery?

The delivery of the Goods is limited to the territory of Poland and to the place and address indicated on the order. For orders to other countries, please contact the Customer Service Office. The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out via the courier company GLS or the InPost courier to the parcel locker. Shipment delivery costs when choosing payment via Dotpay and by bank transfer on a prepayment basis:

  • order up to PLN 200 – cost PLN 15.00
  • orders over PLN 200 – free

Delivery costs for cash on delivery by GLS courier:

  • order up to PLN 200 – cost PLN 15.00
  • orders over PLN 200 – free

We attach a receipt to each order. At the request of the User made when ordering, we can issue a VAT invoice. Any reimbursement of payments made by the User, in the case of accepted complaints or in connection with the return of the purchased Goods, will be made through the same payment methods that were used by the User when paying the money for the purchased Goods.
